In 2021 and 2022, Jeff was awarded ICON Status by eXp Realty for achieving exceptional selling volume and exemplifying eXp Realty core values (Top 3% of 87,000 agents). Jeff was also recognized in eXp Realty’s 2022 Top 50 Agents in the nation list. Matheson Group Realty has also been recognized in the top 1% for units sold and volume in the Ottawa Real Estate Board. Jeff has also 15 years of experience as a successful investor in Ottawa real estate. He has learned firsthand how to navigate the waters of investment properties, including AirBnB properties, and has a strong grasp of the Ottawa real estate market.
